We spent two years designing our curriculum with movement leaders
The Brick by Brick curriculum and cohort experience are designed to address the specific challenges that Jewish funders are navigating today. We’re a team of facilitators and organizers with diverse backgrounds in philanthropy, Jewish organizing, strategic planning, Adaptive Leadership, organizational psychology, education, and more.
We care deeply about building power and meaningful values-aligned grantmaking. We’re creating a community of bold grantmakers that are ready to experiment with new ways of supporting organizers on the ground and hold each other accountable to equitable, powerful grantmaking.
Our Team
Brick by Brick’s program and curriculum design has been shaped by many leaders and partners from within social movements and philanthropy. Among those are a core team who have been responsible for program design and/or facilitation.
