TischPDX works to bolster the leadership of young and marginalized Jews in Portland, Or. Through its Emerging Jewish Leadership Incubator, Alumni Support Program and Cultural Shift project, TischPDX supports young (20s-40's) Jewish organizers and activists in Portland with project development, relationship building and deepening their racial and gender justice practices. It focuses on people who have been traditionally marginalized in Jewish communities: LGBTQIA Jews, BIJOCSM, and Jews raised outside of Judaism.
