Transform your leadership with Brick by Brick

Brick by Brick's tested and proven fellowship curriculum is anchored in Adaptive Leadership tools, practices, and change-management frameworks. Our focus is on implementing lasting changes, paired with peer support to tackle short-term challenges together. We understand the unique complexity that Jewish funders are navigating with how to fund a future for the Jewish community that is free from antisemitism and white supremacy.

You may have tried existing funder communities and haven't found quite what you're looking for. Brick by Brick is a community for bold experimentation, honest conversations, and rigorous support. We help each other work towards alignment with the values we hold and become more effective changemakers for the organizations we support.
