In Jewish communities around the country, innovative leaders are taking action in pursuit of transformative visions of justice and liberation. People are coming together to organize political power, to build spiritual community, and to create art and music to inspire and sustain our movements. In 2022, JLF dedicated over half a million dollars to resourcing over 30 organizations in the Jewish social justice ecosystem.

If we want a vibrant, inclusive, and liberatory Jewish future, we have to fund it.
Many Jewish funders have either implicit or explicit policies and practices that serve to maintain structures of oppression. This has massive silencing effects on Jewish organizations, and on our movement as a whole. The Jewish Liberation Fund aims to break those norms by practicing participatory philanthropy, putting our trust in movement leaders to make funding decisions.
